Veterans Portal
This portal was originally intended to assist the ND County Veteran Service Officers (CVSO) in the performance of their job duties for the veterans in their respective counties. Now, in addition to ND CVSOs, North Dakota veterans may register to use the portal. Registered veterans can access benefits/health information, learn about and enroll in "My Health eVet", and participate in the Veterans History Project.

Seniors Portal
This portal is intended for residents of independent- and assisted-living facilities in North Dakota. The purpose of this portal is to provide these residents easy, simple access to electronic mail (e-mail) and the internet. It is intended that local facility personnel act as administrators for their facility's residents.
This portal (and the support model) could be modified to be used in community senior centers.

NDGRO Portal
This Portal is available to Farmers, Seniors, Veterans and Native Americans in rural North Dakota. There are presently field coordinators in Rolla, Rugby and Fessenden serving citizens in these and 29 other nearby communities. Participants utilize this Citizens' Electronic Forum to access and evaluate selected government electronic services and can receive training in their use. Citizens participating in this forum learn of the availability of government electronic services. Participants answer questions and surveys in order to help shape the eGovernment marketplace, and to improve rural citizens' access to electronic government services.
